Our Products
GRAVEL G1
Gravel 1: 20mm to 40mm in size. Generally used for concrete
pavements, foundations, and other concrete mixes requiring
coarser specifications.
GRAVEL 3/4
Gravel 3/4: 10mm to 20mm in size. Used for general backfills
and as a base for retaining walls. It is also used to mix with
cement in producing heavy duty concretes as well as pre-
cast concretes.
GRAVEL 3/8
Gravel 3/8: 6mm to 10 mm in size. These are primarily used to
mix with cement to produce high-strength concrete. Usually
used for pipe beddings, roofing materials, concrete slab
bedding and even for landscaping purposes like walkways
and as a base under sheds.
SAND
Sand 1: 0mm to 6mm in size. Fine aggregates that are
vital ingredient for concrete and even asphalt mixes.
These are generally used for structural beddings and
pavement coatings.
VIBRO SAND
Vibrosand: 0mm to 4mm
in size. These are sand
processed thru vibratory
sieving screens and
are commonly used for
plastering.
ARMOUR ROCKS
Armour Rocks: 500mm to 1000mm in size. These are used
to prevent/mitigate erosions. Typically used as protection
to canal banks and to armor shorelines, streambeds, and
other shoreline structures for stabilization and is used in
applications where its mass can provide scour protection
from fast flowing waves or water currents.
BALLAST
Ballast: These are the coarsest form of aggregates.
Generally used for concrete mixes, in concreting
foundations, in filling gaps and even used as a stability-
aid for vehicles, boats, and ships.
FILLING MATERIALS
Filling materials: These are sum of rocks and other hard,
inert materials that are usually used for backfills or as
sub-base for driveways and pathways.
BASECOURSE
Basecourse: 0-80mm in size. These are mixed
rocks, sand and silty soils generally used as road
base.
CEMENT
A powdery substance made with calcined lime and clay.
It is mixed with water to form mortar or mixed with sand,
gravel, and water to make concrete.
PRE-CAST CONCRETE
Pre-stressed Concrete is a construction product produced by casting concrete
in a reusable mold or “form” which is then cured in a controlled environment,
transported to the construction site and lifted into place (“tilt up”). In contrast,
standard concrete is poured into site-specific forms and cured on site.
